Death Penalty

Do you think that Capital Punishment is appropriate?

Yes- I am 100% for the Death Penalty for even minor infractions: 0; No votes

Yes- I am for the Death Penalty for all murderers: 1; 5%

Yes- I am for the Death Penalty, but only for "special" murder cases (extreme): 5; 25%

I agree with the concept of Capital Punishment, but not the way the United States carries it out: 3; 15%

No- I am against the Death Penalty: 11; 55%

I don't really have a problem with capital punishment as long as the accused is actually guilty. It is the criminal justice system which I do not trust to make such a determination. "Beyond a reasonable doubt" is not good enough when the state kills someone in my name.
